Key Responsibilities:

📍Proactively manage and respond to regulatory requests with a primary focus on US regulatory bodies such as FinCEN, SEC, CFTC, OFAC, DoJ, etc. 📍Coordinate and support all aspects of the compliance audit process from start to finish. 📍Leverage compliance expertise to provide consultative support to business units as needed. 📍Collaborate closely with internal teams to drive the company’s compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements. 📍Assist with the implementation and roll-out of any necessary compliance programs across the organization. 📍Manage cross functional projects responsive to regulator or monitor requirements. 📍Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

📍A minimum of 5-10 years experience in compliance. 📍Exceptional knowledge of US Compliance and Regulatory landscape is required. 📍Prior experience working with a monitorship or US regulatory bodies is highly preferred. 📍A legal background or prior regulator experience is a major plus, but not required. 📍Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 📍Ability to operate independently and make critical decisions. 📍Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
