What will you be doing?

📍Manage eToro X Ltd. outsourcing program. 📍Define, propose, and implement the company’s outsourcing policy, which must be approved by the board of directors 📍Monitor the outsourced services or functions and manage the risks associated with outsourcing. 📍Complete prior and in-depth analysis (risk assessment) for any contemplated outsourcing including a description of services, expected results and a detailed evaluation of the risks for, among other things, financial, operational, legal, and reputational risks. 📍Monitor, report and propose changes to outsourcing policy and procedures due to changes in the company’s obligations with focus on outsourcing guidelines of our regulators. 📍Monitor, report and propose changes to increase the SLA performance of each outsource services provider. 📍Conduct, as needed, on-site audits of material outsourcing services providers 📍Work with the internal control functions on monitoring, identifying and remediating issues

REQUIREMENTS

📍5-10 years of experience performing the duties/responsibilities 📍Previous experience in outsourcing and vendor risk management 📍Previous experience in drafting and managing policies 📍Previous experience in preparing and doing internal audits and in SLA management and reporting (preferred in a Fintech / IT industry) 📍Excellent team spirit and ability to work with remote teams across multiple locations 📍Strong communication and presentation skills; must be comfortable to communicate with senior management and regulators 📍Rigorous, well-organized with a structured and logical approach 📍Fluent English (both oral and written communication)
