Job Summary

What You’ll Be Doing

📍Lead a small team, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to ensure quality and efficiency in both QA reviews and training initiatives. 📍Oversee QA review processes, ensuring casework is accurate, complete, and aligned with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and AML best practices. 📍Oversee new joiner training sessions, ensuring onboarding content is current, effective, and aligned with QA expectations. 📍Create targeted training materials informed by QA trends and common case errors. 📍Ensure all QA and training records are properly documented and audit ready. 📍Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning. 📍Analyze data to identify process gaps and opportunities, and partner with Compliance Leaders, Training and other FIU managers to recommend mitigating activities for risk, improve quality of investigations, team performance and close process gaps. 📍Work with team leads and AML managers to streamline processes and enhance the effectiveness of the AML investigation team, continuously improve and evolve the QA framework and scorecards, including the development of new QA functions.

What We Look For In You

📍A minimum of 4 years of combined experience in AML-related learning and development, audit/quality assurance, due diligence, and investigations within a financial services institution. At least 2 of those years should include quality assurance or investigative work, and some leadership or people-management experience. 📍Proven ability to design, lead, and deliver effective training programs for compliance or AML teams. 📍Solid understanding of BSA/AML regulations, investigative procedures, and risk mitigation strategies. 📍Strong writing, analytical and communications skills. Must be able to execute tasks within tight deadlines. 📍Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to work effectively with colleagues across regions and business units.
