What you will do:

📍Ensuring the company complies and operates according to the required legal and regulatory requirements. 📍Provide day-to-day support to the other teams in the company such as Marketing, Product, Finance and Tech teams; 📍Manage the company’s relationships with industry regulators and other actors and respond to regulatory inquiries. 📍Draft, review and implementation of business practices, internal policies and procedures manuals to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. 📍Monitor regulatory changes and industry developments to ensure the company is aware of changes in laws and regulations. 📍Conduct regular compliance audits to identify any gaps in compliance and provide recommendations for improvement. 📍Train employees on compliance policies and procedures and ensure they are up-to-date with any changes in laws and regulations. 📍Collaborate with other departments, including HR, legal and IT, to develop and implement effective compliance programs. 📍Manage and oversee internal investigations related to compliance issues. 📍Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry associations and trade groups. 📍Assist with the development of internal controls to identify, measure, and manage risks. 📍Perform other duties as deemed necessary.

What you will bring:

📍Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law or related field. Advanced degree or certification in compliance or a related field is preferred. 📍 Experience drafting and reviewing policies and internal procedures manuals. 📍Experience conducting compliance audits and investigations.
