Responsibilities

📍Manage and organise online and offline Binance communities and meet-ups across the MENA region with a focus on our Levant markets. 📍Engage with our community on various social media channels and create content aimed to build and maintain relationships. 📍Assist with Binance Angels recruitment and relationship management. 📍Promote the Binance brand and provide excellent customer service to community members. 📍Create, translate, and proofread community-related content for Binance, focusing on Arabic, English & French speaking markets. 📍Explore new community-friendly platforms to facilitate the expansion of the local user base and awareness. 📍Assist on moderating the regional Binance social media platforms and chat groups and interact with the community to increase positive engagement. 📍Share market and user feedback and user suggestions with relevant functional teams.

Requirements

📍Crypto & Binance enthusiast with experience using Binance’s products & services (Spot, Margin, Futures, P2P, Binance NFT etc.) 📍Strong understanding of cryptocurrency/blockchain-related terminologies/trends and a strong interest in crypto culture (Blockchain, Wallets, DeFi, Web3, NFT etc.). 📍Relevant experience creating and curating content for our social media platforms. 📍Familiarity with social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, Telegram, and Discord to engage with our community and build/maintain relationships. 📍Experience establishing KPIs, delivering, reporting, and empowering others to achieve targets. Execution oriented mindset - with the humility, drive, and scrappiness to get it done.
