Job Summary
Responsibilities
šDevelop and implement comprehensive community-building strategies across local social channels and offline events to increase user engagement and cultivate a strong community spirit. šServe as the primary liaison between the community and the organization, working closely with the marketing, product, and central business units to ensure community needs and expectations are met. šPlan and execute targeted marketing campaigns and promotional activities to foster community growth and engagement. šForge and maintain partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), influencers, and media channels within the crypto space to enhance our visibility and influence. šConduct negotiations and manage relationships with local KOLs, ensuring alignment with our brand and community objectives. šCoordinate with the marketing and product teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of community-related activities with broader company strategies. šDesign and implement campaigns within the telegram channel to drive organic growth and engagement of the online community
Qualifications
šBachelorās degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. šA deep understanding of the local region and a proven ability to navigate its unique market dynamics. šExtensive knowledge of marketing channels and community platforms, including Telegram and Discord. šFlexibility in working hours, with a willingness to engage with the crypto community outside standard business hours. šExceptional multitasking skills and the capacity to work efficiently under tight deadlines. šExcellent communication skills in Japanese and English, both written and verbal. At least 2-3 years of experience in community management or marketing, ideally within the crypto or financial services sector.
