Responsibilities:

📍Develop and execute a comprehensive community strategy to engage and grow the Creative Catalyst community across various platforms. 📍Manage and moderate our online communities, including social media channels (Twitter, Telegram, Discord), forums, and other relevant platforms. 📍Create and curate engaging content, including announcements, updates, articles, and interactive discussions, to keep the community informed and entertained. 📍Respond to user inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 📍Organize and host online events, such as AMAs, webinars, and contests, to foster community engagement and build excitement. 📍Identify and cultivate key influencers and community leaders to amplify the reach and impact of the Creative Catalyst brand. 📍Track and analyze community metrics to measure engagement, identify trends, and optimize community management strategies. 📍Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless user experience.

Qualifications:

📍Proven experience in community management, with a strong track record of building and engaging online communities. 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships and fostering a positive environment. 📍Strong understanding of social media platforms and community management tools. 📍Ability to create engaging and informative content that resonates with the target audience. 📍Experience with blockchain or crypto communities is a plus. 📍Passion for the creative industry and a strong understanding of blockchain technology. 📍Excellent time management and organizational skills.
