Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šDevelop and execute a comprehensive community strategy to engage and grow the Creative Catalyst community across various platforms. šManage and moderate our online communities, including social media channels (Twitter, Telegram, Discord), forums, and other relevant platforms. šCreate and curate engaging content, including announcements, updates, articles, and interactive discussions, to keep the community informed and entertained. šRespond to user inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. šOrganize and host online events, such as AMAs, webinars, and contests, to foster community engagement and build excitement. šIdentify and cultivate key influencers and community leaders to amplify the reach and impact of the Creative Catalyst brand. šTrack and analyze community metrics to measure engagement, identify trends, and optimize community management strategies. šCollaborate with the marketing and development teams to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless user experience.
Qualifications:
šProven experience in community management, with a strong track record of building and engaging online communities. šExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships and fostering a positive environment. šStrong understanding of social media platforms and community management tools. šAbility to create engaging and informative content that resonates with the target audience. šExperience with blockchain or crypto communities is a plus. šPassion for the creative industry and a strong understanding of blockchain technology. šExcellent time management and organizational skills.
