Job Summary
In this role, you will:
šDevelop and execute a community engagement plan aligned with team goals and objectives šCreate and own an events calendar in collaboration with the business development team šBuild out community activations to complement activities šFacilitate in person/online events with the global Worldcoin community šIdeate and produce content, including video content, for owned social media platforms including but not limited to YouTube, X, Discord, Telegram and Farcaster šFoster meaningful interactions with the global Worldcoin community šSupport community/partner earned comms initiatives where necessary šMonitor and analyze performance (engagement, reach, etc.) to evaluate and optimize strategies šWork closely with marketing, comms, biz dev and other teams to coordinate social media efforts with broader campaigns and ensure consistency
About you:
šBachelorās degree in related field and 3-5+ years of experience in a web3/crypto community role šExceptional event planning, communication, organization and community building skills šAbove average copywriting and critical thinking skills; keen eye for detail šExperience in social media content creation and strategy development šAble and excited to travel internationally on a regular basis šProficiency in content creation tools and software, including graphic design, video editing, etc. šAbility to work in a fast-paced, exciting startup environment šStrong project management skills šPassion for innovation and continuous learning
