Job Summary
Responsibilities
šEmail Marketing & Nurturing Campaigns: šDevelop and execute strategic email campaigns to engage and convert institutional and retail audiences. šBuild and optimize automated email workflows, including onboarding sequences, lead nurturing, and re-engagement campaigns. šCollaborate with design and content teams to craft compelling, high-performing email copy and layouts. šAnalyze email performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
Requirements
š6+ years of experience in communications, PR, or email marketing, ideally in fintech, crypto, or financial services. šStrong writing and storytelling skills with experience crafting high-impact messaging for different audience segments. šExpertise in email marketing tools (ex. Marketo) and CRM integration for automated workflows. šUnderstanding of media relations, press outreach, and PR strategy. šExperience managing internal communications and executive messaging. šStrong analytical mindset with the ability to measure and optimize campaign performance. šAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
