Job Summary
Key Areas of Responsibility:
đź“ŤPartner with business clients to review, analyze, draft, and negotiate customer and vendor commercial agreements (including leases) and other documents đź“ŤAdvise the business on legal matters in relation to NCR Atleos services, practices and operations, and any new products đź“ŤOversee corporate maintenance and recordkeeping đź“ŤLiaise and manage external counsel where appropriate
Basic Qualifications:
📍2 - 4 years’ experience in commercial/transactional law, ideally with a mix of law firm and in-house experience 📍Knowledge of commercial contract laws and practices 📍Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate at high levels 📍Strong writing skills and attention to detail 📍Ability to work under short deadlines and outside normal working hours with minimal advance notice and minimal supervision; self-sufficient and independent
