What You'll Work On

📍Managing the operating model for Circle Ventures, defining how capital deployment translates into measurable ecosystem growth. 📍Designing new strategic initiatives that align with Circle's product and commercial roadmap. 📍Transforming our network of 140+ portfolio companies into a structured "knowledge engine," turning unstructured insights into actionable alpha. 📍Owning the pre- and post-investment lifecycle, building cross-functional workflows between our Business, Legal, Marketing, and Developer Relations teams. 📍Building investment theses and other content that informs our approach and communications.
