š5+ years managing business operations šExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written šProven ability to execute, maintain accountability, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment šStrong process and project management skills with attention to detail, proactive and well organized šSelf-motivated, critical thinker and adept at working independently and in a dispersed team environment covering multiple and varied tasks šIntuitive, highly ethical, and comfortable to question and challenge šExperience in tech, start-ups, consulting, or banking šExperience working with senior leaders šAdept in identifying and filling gaps šProven ability to challenge the status quo and hold difficult conversations with empathy
WHAT YOU WILL DO
šStructure complex, ambiguous strategic problems for the leadership team, defining clear hypotheses and building business cases that will influence our approach šOversee and drive strategic cross-functional initiatives to drive high priority outcomes šCollaborate with various departments to oversee and streamline business operations by optimizing teamsās workflows, SOPs and other operational needs. šSupport department heads in optimizing their teamsā workflows, SOPs, and other operational needs. šPrepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed šMonitor key drivers of Company performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and actively participate in implementing necessary changes šOwn and manage our companyās Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) from planning to leading quarterly recap meetings. šBe a strategic partner to our executive leadership team, serving as a key liaison between the CEO and leadership team members šBuild tracking mechanisms, forms, workflows, and informational materials using Coda. šCommunicate professionally with fellow CEOs, founders, board members, and other industry leaders šPerform additional duties as assigned by the CEO and other members of senior leadership
