Job Summary
You will have the opportunity to:
šLead the most strategic cross-functional projects for our platform business. šManage leadership operations - maximise the effectiveness of the Product and GTM Exec team in key forums. šLead platform-wide strategic planning processes, including goal-setting. This also means driving rhythms and crafting content that circulates up to the board level. šHelp strategise and enact change across multiple teams. šImprove communication across platform leadership and to the rest of the company. šWork with the PED and GTM functions to develop and implement customer-centric features and improvements. šLead and manage complex, strategic cross-functional projects. šCollaborate with the sales and marketing functions to ensure that customer needs and preferences are being addressed in the company's go-to-market strategy. šLead strategic planning process, including OKRs. šImprove communication across the leadership team and wider company - in particular, due to the increasing complexity of the hybrid working environment.
We would love you to have:
š5+ years of work experience in high-performing environments. šStrategic product thinker - you have had input and visibility into important product decisions previously. šExperience working with Product Managers & Engineers, leading initiatives that support their departments. šProven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives between GTM and PED teams. šStrong track record of being executional, hands-on and have a high propensity to get things done. šStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. šExperience with data analysis and visualisation tools. šCapable of influencing key decisions amongst executive cohort and business lines.
