Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šMarketing Strategy and Leadership: šDevelop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives. šLead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture. SEO Strategy: šDrive organic search growth through effective keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO improvements. šMonitor and analyise SEO performance metrics to continuously improve search engine rankings. Content Marketing: šDevelop a content marketing strategy that engages our target audience and positions us as an industry thought leader. šCreate and oversee the production of high-quality, relevant content across various channels. Email Marketing: šImplement and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions. Segment and personalize email communications to maximise engagement and ROI. Growth Hacking: šdentify growth opportunities and develop creative, data-driven strategies to rapidly scale user acquisition and revenue. šExperiment with new channels and tactics to drive growth. Product Marketing: šCollaborate with product teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new products and features. šCreate compelling product narratives and messaging to drive adoption and user satisfaction. Organic Search and Social Media: šLeverage social media platforms to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and customer loyalty. šOptimise social media profiles and content for organic growth and community building. Influencer Marketing: šIdentify and collaborate with relevant influencers to amplify brand reach and credibility. šDevelop and manage influencer partnerships and campaigns.
Qualifications:
šBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred). šProven experience as a marketing leader in a similar role. šDeep expertise in SEO, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Growth Hacking, Product šMarketing, Organic Search, Social Media, and Influencer Marketing. šStrong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions. šExceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. šCreative thinker with a track record of developing innovative marketing strategies. šAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change.
