Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

📍Marketing Strategy and Leadership: 📍Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives. 📍Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture. SEO Strategy: 📍Drive organic search growth through effective keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO improvements. 📍Monitor and analyise SEO performance metrics to continuously improve search engine rankings. Content Marketing: 📍Develop a content marketing strategy that engages our target audience and positions us as an industry thought leader. 📍Create and oversee the production of high-quality, relevant content across various channels. Email Marketing: 📍Implement and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions. Segment and personalize email communications to maximise engagement and ROI. Growth Hacking: 📍dentify growth opportunities and develop creative, data-driven strategies to rapidly scale user acquisition and revenue. 📍Experiment with new channels and tactics to drive growth. Product Marketing: 📍Collaborate with product teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new products and features. 📍Create compelling product narratives and messaging to drive adoption and user satisfaction. Organic Search and Social Media: 📍Leverage social media platforms to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and customer loyalty. 📍Optimise social media profiles and content for organic growth and community building. Influencer Marketing: 📍Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers to amplify brand reach and credibility. 📍Develop and manage influencer partnerships and campaigns.


📍Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred). 📍Proven experience as a marketing leader in a similar role. 📍Deep expertise in SEO, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Growth Hacking, Product 📍Marketing, Organic Search, Social Media, and Influencer Marketing. 📍Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions. 📍Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 📍Creative thinker with a track record of developing innovative marketing strategies. 📍Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change.
