Job Summary
What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):
📍Acting in capacity of Chief Compliance Officer of Coinbase Asset Management (“CBAM”), a Registered investment Adviser with the SEC 📍Responsible for continued build out of CBAM’s compliance program, which includes: advising the business, developing policies, reviewing marketing materials, performing annual compliance testing, establishing training programs and coordinating all mandatory filings 📍Liaising with Institutional Compliance team members, Legal and Operations staff, and other cross-functional partners in daily support of CBAM
What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):
📍8+ years of experience in supporting registered investment advisers in a senior compliance officer role, with 3+ years as a CCO 📍A passion for building a world class compliance program for the leading company in the crypto industry 📍Experience working autonomously in a fast paced environment
