Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šSupport internal processes across trading, operations, legal, compliance and sales that are critical for the ongoing success of Financing Solutions šTranslate customer insights (needs, pain points, behaviors)and feedback into workable action items to deliver features that enhance user experience and satisfaction while reducing Anchorageās risk šCreate detailed business specifications and feature documentation to guide the structuring, development and sales process šDirectly manage key external partner relationships to expand our yield and margin offering šRegularly analyze product performance, risks levels, and market trends to identify areas of optimization and lead improvements šHelp crafting, delivering and tracking KPIs for the business
You may be a fit for this role if you have:
š6-10 years of experience in strategy, financial products structuring, business operations, or related fields. šExperience related to crypto markets, fintech, financial systems. šExperience building strong cross-functional partnerships with legal, operations, compliance, sales and business teams. šExperience structuring and developing complex financial products with large institutions as well as startups. šStrong risk management acumen and developing control frameworks around them. šStrong familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements for US financial products.
