Job Summary
What you will do
📍Map and assess existing People processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. 📍 Design and implement standardized workflows that support scalability and compliance 📍 Manage process optimization projects from scoping to execution, collaborating with stakeholders across People, Finance, and Tech. 📍 Analyze data to monitor process performance and identify root causes of operational challenges. 📍Document processes and changes clearly, ensuring visibility and accountability. 📍Support adoption of new systems and tools that enhance people operations.
About You
📍 2–4 years of experience in business process design, people operations, or operations excellence. 📍Comfortable using data and analytics to identify gaps and measure success. (Looker, Google Sheets, SQL is optional) 📍 Strong project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail. 📍 Collaborative and proactive communicator, capable of influencing cross-functional partners 📍 Curious, process-oriented mindset with a desire to build scalable solutions for growing teams.
