Responsibilities
šDefine and lead the overall branding and communications strategy for Coins.ph, ensuring a unified and compelling voice across all touchpoints šOversee brand messaging and visual identity across platforms, ensuring consistency in tone, look, and feel šManage content strategy, social media operations, and community engagement to drive awareness, trust, and user growth šAct as a strategic partner to leadership, advising on positioning, media approach, and high-impact communications moments šLead all PR efforts: from building media relationships and securing earned media, to managing agency partners and crisis comms as needed šDrive thought leadership initiatives by identifying speaking opportunities, content platforms, and executive visibility tactics šCollaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, Legal, Partnerships, CX, HR) to align messaging and proactively uncover storytelling opportunities šOversee the creation of high-quality content: press releases, media kits, op-eds, blog posts, brand guidelines, and more šTrack media coverage, analyze brand sentiment, and report on key communications KPIs and campaign impact šMentor junior team members or contractors and manage external partners to ensure quality and consistency šStay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory issues impacting brand and communication strategies
Requirements
šBachelorās degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field šMinimum 5ā7 years of experience in brand management, strategic communications, or public relations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role šExceptional written and verbal communication skills; adept at both strategy and execution šProven success in building or transforming a brand in a fast-paced, digital-first environment šDeep understanding of the media landscape and experience managing press relationships šTrack record of leading integrated communications strategies across digital, media, and owned channels
