Job Summary
Responsibilities
šDevelop and produce high-quality artwork and advertising materials that reflect Binanceās global brand identity across various products and local markets šCollaborate closely with the internal design team to ensure brand coherence and consistency across all creative outputs šProactively research and identify emerging design trends, contributing insights to strengthen internal creative discussions and innovation šParticipate in the ideation and development of brand-led campaigns, helping to translate strategic goals into compelling visual concepts šWork cross-functionally with marketing, product, and other teams to ensure design solutions meet business objectives and resonate with target audiences
Requirements
šDegree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related design field preferred šFluency in English and Mandarin is required to effectively coordinate with partners and stakeholders šSolid understanding of graphic design fundamentals, including layouts, typography, line composition, and color theory šStrong communication skills with the ability to express complex ideas clearly and concisely, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams outside the Creative group šProficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma šKnowledge of AI image generation tools and techniques is a plus šInterest in and knowledge of Binance, cryptocurrency, and blockchain technology is a strong advantage
