Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Create and review tutorial articles and video scripts in English. 📍Simplify technical content into layman’s terms, make the content easy to understand even for non-English native speakers. 📍Test product features and create/edit product step-by-step guides. Identify common user questions and give clear instructions/solutions. 📍Ensure the existing content on the Support Center is accurate and reflects the latest product offerings. 📍Collaborate with other business units, such as SEO, design, and production teams, on publishing articles and video productions. 📍Support other business units on ad-hoc content projects and research. 📍Maintain article translation and publication. 📍Assist in maintaining the CMS system, including development, release, QA, and more. 📍Provide support for day-to-day content operations needs.
Requirements:
📍Excellent written and spoken English. 📍Can read and write Chinese (Simplified) is a plus. 📍1 - 2 years of content internship experience or editorial experience in editing FAQ-> 📍Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and prioritization skills. 📍Ability to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced work environment. 📍Have a good understanding of Binance products. 📍Have a strong interest and knowledge in the crypto/blockchain space.A university degree in marketing, communications, languages, translation, or other related areas is a plus. 📍CMS management experience.
