Skills you should HODL
đź“ŤAt least 3 years of backend development experience đź“ŤSolid expertise in the Ethereum stack, with hands-on experience in smart contract development using Solidity đź“ŤStrong backend development skills with Typescript (Node.js) and/or Rust đź“ŤUnderstanding of cryptographic principles and security best practices for EVM-based systems đź“ŤFamiliarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and GNU/Linux environments đź“ŤProficiency with Git and testing frameworks for automated testing and unit tests đź“ŤPassion for blockchain development, with a strong focus on Ethereum, EVM, L2s and decentralized technologies đź“ŤA proactive and adaptable mindset, ready to tackle dynamic challenges in a fast-paced environment
