Job Summary

Responsibilities:

📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives, business plans, and operational improvements. 📍Conduct research, data analysis, and market assessments to identify growth opportunities, competitive trends, and industry best practices. 📍Support the development of business cases, financial models, and feasibility studies to evaluate new ventures, initiatives, and investment opportunities. 📍Assist in the design and implementation of performance measurement frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor business performance and drive continuous improvement. 📍Conduct process assessments and identify areas for optimization, streamlining, and automation to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. 📍Analyze data, generate insights, and prepare reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings, recommendations, and action plans. 📍Collaborate with stakeholders to drive change management initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of new strategies and processes. 📍Support project management activities, including project planning, coordination, and tracking of deliverables, milestones, and timelines. 📍Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, providing recommendations for business growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

📍Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred. 📍3 years of work experience in a consulting firm, specializing in strategy, operations, or management consulting. 📍Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations. 📍Proficient in conducting market research, competitive analysis, financial modeling, and business case development. 📍Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. 📍Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
