Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
📍Product Knowledge & Support 📍Develop foundational knowledge of NCR Atleos’ software products and services. 📍Provide first-line support for common product issues and configurations. 📍Investigate and resolve technical issues with guidance from senior team members. 📍Understand and explain basic product functionalities and features.
Technical Qualifications
đź“ŤProficiency in Web Applications (Java), Tomcat, and Web Services (SOAP/REST) đź“ŤStrong understanding of relational databases and data structures đź“ŤAbility to write and troubleshoot SQL queries đź“ŤExperience with Microsoft Windows operating systems đź“ŤFamiliarity with Linux OS and basic command-line operations đź“ŤUnderstanding of client/server architecture and networking protocols đź“ŤBasic knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Microsoft Azure đź“ŤExposure to audio/video technologies and solutions đź“ŤExperience or familiarity with ATM/ITM systems is a plus
