šLeading negotiation of complex commercial transactions for a fast growing technology company. šInheriting and further systematizing user agreements, ecosystem partnerships and collaborations, and drafting and negotiating key agreements to ensure consistency and efficiency in our business. šCollaborating with cross-disciplinary colleagues to provide comprehensive legal support to various internal stakeholders, including management. šPresenting effective solutions and driving efficient negotiation processes with the Go-To-Market team and our counterparties, ensuring successful outcomes.
Skills & Qualifications
šExemplary drafting and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of successfully navigating bespoke agreements. šDemonstrated interest and aptitude for learning about complex technologies and associated legal issues. šWillingness to adapt to the evolving needs of our growing business, demonstrating flexibility and agility. š8-10 years of in-house or law firm experience in transactional or M&A work. šStrong academic record and relevant work experience demonstrating expertise in transactional legal matters.
