Objectives of this Role
📍Leading negotiation of complex commercial transactions for a fast growing technology company. 📍Inheriting and further systematizing user agreements, ecosystem partnerships and collaborations, and drafting and negotiating key agreements to ensure consistency and efficiency in our business. 📍Collaborating with cross-disciplinary colleagues to provide comprehensive legal support to various internal stakeholders, including management. 📍Presenting effective solutions and driving efficient negotiation processes with the Go-To-Market team and our counterparties, ensuring successful outcomes.
Skills & Qualifications
📍Exemplary drafting and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of successfully navigating bespoke agreements. 📍Demonstrated interest and aptitude for learning about complex technologies and associated legal issues. 📍Willingness to adapt to the evolving needs of our growing business, demonstrating flexibility and agility. 📍8-10 years of in-house or law firm experience in transactional or M&A work. 📍Strong academic record and relevant work experience demonstrating expertise in transactional legal matters.
Preferred Qualifications
📍Prior blockchain experience, demonstrating familiarity with the unique legal considerations in the blockchain industry. 📍Previous experience in-house within a transactional role, highlighting your ability to provide strategic legal advice in a corporate setting. 📍Prior experience building a legal team, showcasing your leadership and management capabilities.
