Requirements
đź“Ť8+ years of relevant legal experience, with foundational training at a top-tier law firm in a corporate or transactional practice. đź“ŤAt least 3 years of in-house experience at a technology company, structuring and negotiating agreements đź“ŤA strong track record of independently leading complex commercial and corporate transactions, especially in tech, payments, and finance. đź“ŤSolid financial services background, with prior experience working in or with regulated financial services firms and familiarity with financial regulation applicable to digital assets.
