Job Summary
What You’ll Do
📍Design, implement, and maintain high-performance backend services and APIs (REST, gRPC, GraphQL) using Go. 📍Collaborate on distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud-native solutions on AWS. 📍Build, test, and deploy containerized applications using Docker and CI/CD pipelines. 📍Work with event streaming tools (Kafka) and use monitoring/observability tools to ensure system reliability. 📍Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and drive improvements in codebase, processes, and infrastructure.
Who You Are
📍1 year of backend development experience, with strong hands-on Golang skills. 📍Solid understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms. 📍Experience building and maintaining microservices and APIs in production. 📍Comfortable with Docker, Git, Linux tooling, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred). Curious, proactive, and eager to learn; familiar with CI/CD, observability, scalability, and event-driven systems (Kafka/message queues a plus).
