Cross-Functional Collaboration & Legal Team Optimization:

📍Enhance collaboration by developing standardized legal frameworks, playbooks, and automated approval processes to improve efficiency in contract lifecycle management. 📍Implement best practices for legal document organization, version control, and workflow automation to minimize bottlenecks and improve turnaround times. 📍Support budgeting and legal spend optimization by conducting cost-benefit analyses, tracking external counsel expenses, and identifying opportunities for cost savings. 📍Corporate Governance: Support corporate governance matters, including drafting board resolutions and policies. Assist in maintaining corporate records and ensuring compliance with governance frameworks. Monitor and track key governance deadlines and filings. 📍Data Privacy & Security: Ensure compliance with data protection laws, cybersecurity regulations, and fintech-specific privacy requirements for digital asset businesses.

Preferred Qualifications:

📍4+ years of relevant experience at a top law firm. 📍Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to communicate information effectively internally and externally and to drive cross-functional alignment and action 📍Excellent project management skills. 📍Very strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. 📍Prior in-house experience at a financial technology company is a plus. 📍Strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and reshaping the global financial system to increase economic freedom.
