Job Summary
Responsibilities
π Designing graphic user interfaces elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets that meet the needs of our target audience. π Building page navigation buttons and search fields. π Creating original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables). π Developing UI wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites functions. π Conducting user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and iterate on feedback-based designs. π Collaborating with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented. π Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g., responsiveness).
Requirements
π Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably in a product-based company. π Experience working with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. π Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating user feedback into design decisions. π Familiarity with mobile-first and responsive design principles. π Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.) is a plus. π Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and composition. π Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
