Responsibilities

📍 Designing graphic user interfaces elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets that meet the needs of our target audience. 📍 Building page navigation buttons and search fields. 📍 Creating original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables). 📍 Developing UI wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites functions. 📍 Conducting user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and iterate on feedback-based designs. 📍 Collaborating with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented. 📍 Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g., responsiveness).

Requirements

📍 Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably in a product-based company. 📍 Experience working with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. 📍 Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating user feedback into design decisions. 📍 Familiarity with mobile-first and responsive design principles. 📍 Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.) is a plus. 📍 Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and composition. 📍 Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
