What You’ll Be Doing

📍Perform daily reconciliations of fiat and crypto fund flows across multiple payment channels, wallets, and exchanges, promptly investigating and resolving discrepancies. 📍Maintain and update the fixed asset register, prepayments, and deposits schedules, ensuring accuracy and alignment with accounting policies. 📍Complete assigned month-end close activities, including balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis. 📍Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) process, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing, coding, and approvals in line with company policy. 📍Prepare and execute weekly payment runs, ensuring adherence to approval workflows and compliance with internal control procedures. 📍Administer corporate credit cards ensuring appropriate documentation and authorisation. 📍Assist with year-end audits and regulatory reporting, providing accurate documentation and timely responses to auditor and compliance queries. 📍Contribute to the development and documentation of finance procedures, helping to improve automation, accuracy and scalability of accounting processes. 📍Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to management as required.

What You'll Bring

📍We’re looking for someone with a blend a blend of strong attention to detail, curiosity, and start-up. Someone who’s eager to learn, thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys solving problems.

You’ll have: 📍A bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and studying towards CA or equivalent 📍1–3 years of accounting experience, ideally within fintech, crypto, payments, or financial services. 📍A solid foundation in accounting principles and a keen eye for detail, you take pride in getting the numbers right. 📍Experience working with accounting systems (e.g. Xero, NetSuite, or similar) and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills. 📍A keen eye for detail, with the ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
