RESPONSIBILITIES:

📍Develop and modify preliminary equipment layouts based on customer input. 📍Produce documents to assist with securing construction contractor bids. 📍Create as-built documents for projects after completion of construction. 📍Integrate 3rd party vendor drawings into existing building drawing sets. 📍Convert files from Teamcenter, Sketch-up, Revu Bluebeam, PDF, or others into Revit and AutoCAD. 📍Perform feasibility assessments of proposed projects from architectural, fire/life safety, structural, and MEP standpoint. 📍Provide baseline preconstruction services, including preliminary budget estimates/schedules. 📍Liaise end user project requests with external design consultants and internal construction/facilities groups. 📍Steer external design consultants towards completed construction plan sets for execution. 📍Coordinate permit acquisition/closeout with the City of Hawthorne.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

📍3+ years of experience creating architectural construction documents including plans, elevations, sections, and details. 📍Experience with Revit, AutoCAD and Revu Bluebeam.
