Key Responsibilities:

📍Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts across multiple entities and currencies 📍Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities 📍Reconcile bank and digital asset accounts and investigate variances 📍Support intercompany transactions, eliminations, and global consolidations 📍Process vendor invoices and assist in accounts payable as needed 📍Prepare and review financial data for internal reporting and external audits 📍Maintain accurate documentation for accounting policies, transactions, and audit trails 📍Assist in developing and improving accounting workflows and controls 📍Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, HR, Operations etc.) and external vendors across jurisdictions 📍Provide support for ad hoc projects, analyses, and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

📍Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or progress toward CPA a plus) 📍3–5 years of hands-on accounting experience (corporate or public); experience in multi-entity or international environments preferred 📍Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, with working knowledge of monthly close, account reconciliations, and audit preparation 📍Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.); experience with accounting systems such as NetSuite or QuickBooks is a plus
