What you'll do

📍Grow our merchant base. Identify and engage online merchants (e-commerce stores, marketplaces, subscription services, etc.) that can benefit from Coins.ph’s QR Ph-compliant payment solutions. 📍Drive partnerships. Conduct product demos and craft proposals that show how Coins.ph can help merchants accept payments easily and securely. 📍Manage the full sales cycle. From prospecting to deal closing — lead negotiations, finalize contracts, and ensure a smooth onboarding process. 📍Support onboarding and activation. Help merchants integrate Coins.ph payments into their platforms, working closely with our tech and compliance teams. 📍Build strong relationships. Be the main point of contact for online merchants, ensuring satisfaction, resolving issues, and helping drive their transaction growth. 📍Track results and insights. Meet and exceed sales targets while sharing valuable market feedback to improve our merchant experience and product offerings.

What we expect from you

📍Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field. 📍2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition, ideally in FinTech, payments, or e-commerce. 📍Strong communication and negotiation skills. You must know how to build trust and close deals. 📍Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. 📍Familiarity with QR Ph, payment gateways, digital wallets, or e-commerce integrations is a strong advantage. 📍A team player who’s also confident working independently. 📍Passionate about helping online businesses grow through digital and cashless payments. 📍Ability to speak and understand Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
