Job Summary
What you will do:
📍Studying new product descriptions and communicating these with VIP clients 📍Maintain and improve quality results by: 📍Adhering to standards and guidelines. 📍Recommending improved procedures. 📍Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets. 📍Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics. 📍Provide answers to clients by: 📍Identifying problems. 📍Researching answers. 📍Guiding clients through corrective steps. 📍Complete records of telephonic interactions, orders, and accounts. 📍Updates results based on campaigns and promos 📍Maintains segmentation of VIPs and provides campaigns for each VIP Segment 📍Monitors all VIP clients
What we expect from you:
📍Bachelor's degree in any field 📍Customer service experience in any industry is a plus but not required. 📍Previous technical background is also a plus. 📍Average to advanced written and spoken English. 📍Average to advanced knowledge of web navigation
