What You’ll Do

📍Develop clear, engaging user flows for RMG products including registration, deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, and results, ensuring the thrill of competition is matched by transparency and security 📍Produce high-fidelity screens, components, and interaction patterns that reflect licensed brand guidelines while elevating them with innovative, user-centered design, and maintain scalable design systems across web and mobile 📍Align UI patterns with RMG regulations (responsible gaming notices, age-gating, KYC, etc.) and embed accessibility standards to reach a broad and diverse player base 📍Collaborate with product, engineering, licensing, and compliance partners to move projects from concept to production, turning complex requirements into designs ready for development 📍Lead usability tests and A/B experiments to optimize for engagement, retention, and monetization, while respecting compliance standards, and adapt designs quickly using feedback and analytics to refine gameplay touch points, onboarding flows, and rewards

We’re Looking for Someone With…

📍4+ years of UI/UX design experience, with at least 2 years in real money gaming or related industries (casinos, fantasy sports, sports betting, lotteries, or fintech) 📍Background in licensed product design, integrating third-party brand assets within regulated contexts 📍Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD 📍Knowledge of compliance processes including KYC, AML, and responsible gaming practices 📍Experience working with cross-functional teams that include compliance/legal stakeholders and external license holders 📍Strong experience creating mobile-first gaming interfaces 📍Familiarity with gamification techniques that drive engagement 📍Exposure to Web3, blockchain-based RMG products, or digital collectibles
