Responsibilities:

📍Design and develop the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) for the Creative Catalyst web platform. 📍Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups reflecting the platform's functionality and design. 📍Conduct usability testing and analyze results to optimize user experience. 📍Develop a design system ensuring design consistency and scalability. 📍Collaborate closely with the development team to implement design specifications. 📍Create and maintain design documentation. 📍Stay up-to-date with current UI/UX design trends.

Requirements:

📍Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer for 3+ years. 📍Deep understanding of user interface and user experience design principles. 📍Excellent proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. 📍Experience working with design systems. 📍Ability to create clean, modern, and intuitive designs. 📍Usability testing skills. 📍Portfolio demonstrating successful projects. 📍Excellent written and spoken English. 📍Understanding of blockchain technology (a plus).
