Job Summary
What will you be bringing to the team?

For the SQL Developer position, we expect you to: šDesign, develop, and test SQL queries and scripts for data extraction and manipulation. šCollaborate with stakeholders to gather data requirements and translate them into technical specifications. šMaintain and optimize existing databases for performance and efficiency. šCreate and manage database schemas, tables, and relationships. šMonitor database performance and troubleshoote issues as they arise. šDocument processes, database structures, and coding practices for team reference.
Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this position? šYour experience, skill set and qualifications are going to help you succeed in this position, moving forward. We would like you to have: šA Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. šAt least 3 years of professional experience in SQL development. šHands-on experience in MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, or PostgreSQL. šExperience with PowerBuilder will be an advantage. šAn understanding of database design, normalization, and optimization techniques. šExperience with stored procedures, triggers, and views. šFamiliarity with data warehousing and ETL concepts is a plus. šThe ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. šExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. šProficiency in English, both written and verbal.
