Job Summary

What you'll do

šŸ“Develop an content editorial calendar, collaborating with other members of the team to ensure timely delivery of materials šŸ“ Topic ideation for monthly thought leadership pieces, trending news stories and evergreen content through keyword research, Google Trends, and other news sources with cross-teams šŸ“Produce well-researched short, and long-form content for online publication (news articles) šŸ“Use SEO strategies to maximize the search visibility šŸ“Proofread and edit content from team members where necessary šŸ“Providing SEO recommendations for all incoming content requests, including content wording, branding compliance, tagging, and URL (internal and backlinks) recommendations šŸ“Coordinate these efforts with the rest of the team to ensure harmony with objectives šŸ“Conduct continuous competitive intelligence to assess competitor SEO and their content strategies šŸ“Leverage data to identify and propose growth opportunities of all shapes and sizes: from new content and features to section consolidation and migration to drive UV and user growth šŸ“Reporting on content effectiveness: monitor web traffic and user engagement (e.g. bounce rates) šŸ“Monitor and analyze the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) and offer suggestions for improvement

What you'll need

šŸ“3+ years of proven achievement with Global SEO with a large B2C audience šŸ“Language ability - English business level or above šŸ“Proven work experience as a Content Editor, Web Editor or similar roleIn-depth experience with website analytics tools and familiarity with SEO and keyword research šŸ“Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems šŸ“Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms šŸ“Attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills šŸ“Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects from start to finish, with input from a diverse group of stakeholders šŸ“Strong team mindset and solid work ethic šŸ“Strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurial spirit
