Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
šImplement SEO, Content and Social Media campaigns that align with marketing strategies šCreate engaging content (text, image, and video) for our social media accounts and blog šWork with external agencies for timely execution of various marketing strategies šRespond to comments and customer queries promptly šMonitor and report on feedback and online reviews šCoordinate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency šLiaise with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features šBuild relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and journalists šStay up-to-date with digital technology trends
Requirements and Skills
šProven work experience as a content marketer šExperience launching community initiatives (e.g., building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series, and writing an email newsletter) šAbility to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g., repeat attendance at events) šAbility to make design judgement calls basis company's brand guidelines šSkill to operate with designing tools is a plus
