Job Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES

📍Develop and implement a QA strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives 📍Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our products quality and efficiency 📍Ensure testing and validation is meeting proper quality and performance 📍Oversee the development and execution of automated and manual testing procedures 📍Define, track, and analyze key quality metrics and KPIs 📍Prepare and present quality reports to different stakeholders 📍Analyze and optimize operational processes to improve productivity and reduce costs 📍Implement best practices in operations management 📍Manage resources, personnel, equipment, and budgets 📍Develop and implement risk management plans and procedures 📍Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and safety standards 📍Lead, mentor, and develop QA and operations teams 📍Foster a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and accountability 📍Identify training needs and provide opportunities for professional development 📍Conduct performance evaluations and implement development plans for team members 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and customer support 📍Ensure effective communication of quality and operational performance across the organization 📍Develop and manage budgets for QA and operations departments

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

📍Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field 📍Significant experience in software quality assurance within senior leadership or director-level role. 📍Extensive knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes 📍Deep understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines 📍Experience in defining, tracking, and reporting QA metrics 📍Ability to set and communicate a clear vision for the QA department aligned with organizational goals 📍Experience in developing and executing long-term QA strategies 📍Expertise in recruiting, retaining, and managing top QA talent
