Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šReview the existing codebase and identify testing scenarios suitable for automation. šSupport new releases and adapt automated tests according to codebase changes. šCollaborate with other teams to define test scenarios. šContinuously monitor and analyze automated test failures in a timely manner. šMonitor the stability of both new and existing automated tests ā our goal is an evergreen test run. šSet up and maintain test environments and test data. šControl and optimize test execution time when needed. šPerform and participate in code reviews. šDesign and evolve test automation architecture and frameworks. Optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve testing efficiency and reliability. šEstablish and maintain best practices for automation (code > šTrack and continuously improve test coverage.
Requirements:
šProactive mindset with a strong product-oriented approach. š3+ years of experience in test automation or software development in test (SDET) roles. šStrong proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Kotlin, or JavaScript/TypeScript. šProven experience in designing test architecture and building scalable automation frameworks. šSolid understanding of software testing principles, the testing pyramid, and industry best practices for automation. šHands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and integrating automated tests into build processes.
