Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šManage Payment Operations: Oversee daily payment operations, including transaction monitoring, reconciliation, and issue resolution. šVendor Relationship Management: Manage relationships with payment service providers, banks, and financial institutions to ensure optimal service and support. šEnsure Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR). šOptimize Payment Systems: Work with IT and development teams to integrate and optimize payment solutions and technologies. šMonitor and Analyze Performance: Generate and analyze payment performance reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement. šImplement Risk Management: Implement and maintain anti-fraud measures and risk management protocols. šNegotiate Contracts: Negotiate contracts, fees, and service level agreements with payment service providers to optimize cost efficiency and service quality. šSupport Customers: Assist customer service teams with payment-related inquiries and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. šDevelop Best Practices: Develop and implement best practices for payment processing and management. šStay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes to ensure the company remains compliant and competitive.
