Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Perform menu programming and configuration of Shift4 point of sale applications. 📍Required to be able to interpret a customer’s menu data to provide an effective POS layout. 📍Hold customer menu presentations where you will showcase the customer menu programming. 📍Perform merchant training on using and configuring the system. 📍Answer inbound calls from merchants who need assistance with programming on a new system. 📍Monitor chat system for merchant questions. 📍Complete tickets and tasks related to POS programming tasks.
