Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
šDevelop, test and maintain the PHP-based Payment Gateway Service that interacts with external payment provider APIs. šAssist in integrating new payment providers into the system. šMonitor and troubleshoot payment-related issues and transactions. šCollaborate with senior developers, QA engineers, DevOps specialists and product/integration managers to deliver high-quality features. šWrite clean, maintainable and well-documented code. šParticipate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes.
Job requirements
šSolid knowledge of PHP (preferably version 7.4 or higher). š1+ year of experience developing with the Symfony framework and Doctrine ORM. šBasic understanding of REST APIs, HTTP protocols and JSON. šFamiliarity with OOP principles and MVC frameworks (e.g. Symfony; Laravel is a plus). šExperience with version control systems such as Git. šGood understanding of relational databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL). šWillingness to learn and work in a domain-heavy area such as payments and financial services. šIntermediate English (reading, writing and speaking).
