What you will do

📍Conduct thorough KYB reviews for MoonPay partners, which includes information gathering, documentation verification, and risk assessment in alignment with MoonPay policies. 📍Analyze corporate structures to identify beneficial owners and ensure regulatory compliance. 📍Conduct adverse media screenings to identify and assess potential risks. 📍Perform business analysis reviews to evaluate partner’s products and ensure compliance with internal guidelines. 📍Meet performance KPIs including QA and productivity. 📍Partner with Compliance, Legal and Enterprise Sales teams to manage and resolve escalations effectively. 📍Develop and maintain effective operational processes, workflows, and documentation for KYB procedures. 📍Identify and provide solutions for operational opportunities, with feedback and data to support your recommendations. 📍Serve as a subject matter (domain) expert on KYB; act as an escalation point for other customer-facing teams 📍 Assist with KYC onboardings and conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) as necessary. 📍On occasion, complete assigned project work and train teammates and/or BPO partners
