Key Responsibilities
šBusiness Development & KOL Acquisition šIdentify, source, and negotiate partnerships with top-tier KOLs, influencers, and thought leaders in payments, fintech, and cryptocurrency sectors globally. šDevelop creative proposals, partnership packages, and engagement strategies to attract high-value KOLs. šExpand KOL network across key markets in Southeast Asia, global crypto hubs, and emerging markets. šKOL Relationship Management šBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with global KOLs, ensuring continuous engagement and alignment with Coins.phās brand and growth objectives. šCoordinate cross-functional support for KOLs, including campaign assets, content guidelines, and performance tracking. šManage KOL performance reports, measuring ROI, engagement, and acquisition impact. šCampaign Strategy & Execution šCo-create marketing campaigns with KOLs to drive awareness, user acquisition, and transaction growth in both payments and crypto products. šCollaborate with content, design, and product marketing teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals. šMonitor trends and best practices in influencer marketing and adapt strategies accordingly. šCross-Functional Collaboration šPartner with Product, BD, and Regional Marketing teams to align KOL activities with product launches, events, and market entry strategies. šLiaise with Compliance and Legal to ensure contracts and campaigns follow regulations across different jurisdictions.
Qualifications
šBachelorās degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA is a plus). š5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or business development (preferably in fintech, payments, or crypto). šProven track record of successfully onboarding and managing high-impact KOL partnerships in multiple markets. šStrong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. šData-driven approach with experience measuring and optimizing campaign performance. šDeep understanding of crypto, blockchain, and fintech ecosystems. šAbility to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with cross-border teams.
