Job Summary
What You Will Do
šProvide IT consultancy services in a serviced office environment with mostly multi-national clients šPro-actively deliver and maintain high quality IT services for clients šCoordinate with HQ IT teams on Network, Application and Infrastructure projects šManage IT Inventory, local IT vendors and Service providers along with HQ IT šManage L1 & L2 Tickets locally and L3 & L4 with HQ IT using service now Ticketing systems šAssist on IT procurement and audit on quality and cost control
What You Will Need
šDegree holder or above in Computer Science or equivalent šAt least 2 to 3 years work experience in front line IT support in a multi-national company šPro-active, able to anticipate and tackle potential issues šStrong in leadership, analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skill
