Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šIT Management: šManage and maintain the companyās IT infrastructure, including both Mac and Windows workstations, servers, and networking equipment. šEducate staff on data security policies and procedures, with emphasis on security. šImplement and manage data backup and disaster recovery solutions. šProvide technical support to the team ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations. šMaintain comprehensive documentation of IT systems, security protocols, and procedures, covering both Mac and Windows environments. šIT assets / SAAS management and tracking. šSecurity: šDevelop, implement and maintain security protocols to protect data and IT assets. šConduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments. šMonitor security alerts and logs, respond to incidents, and implement corrective actions. šManage firewalls, antivirus software, and other security-related systems. šVendor Management: šManage relationships with IT vendors and service providers. šEvaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
šMinimum of 5 years of experience in IT administration and cybersecurity šIn-depth knowledge of both macOS and Windows, including deployment, management, and troubleshooting. šStrong understanding of networking technologies (ex: TCP/IP, DNS, VPN). šProficiency in cybersecurity tools and techniques (ex: Firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM) šData protection and disaster recovery planning in mixed OS environments. šFamiliarity with compliance standards such as GDPR, ISO 27001, etc. Scripting knowledge (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python) is a plus, especially for automation across both macOS and Windows. šRelevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, Apple Certified Support Professional, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) are highly desirable. šStrong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills. šAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. šExperience with cloud security and management - Advantage šPrevious experience in a high-security environment or industry - Advantag
