Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Manage cross-functional projects for back-office purposes 📍Lead the development of systems and processes in accordance with regulatory requirements and risk assessment 📍Perform analysis for new systems integration and improvement of external services 📍Evaluate the priorities of tasks for back-office projects 📍Be responsible for the planning and management of projects from the initial idea to completion 📍Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of projects 📍Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management
Requirements
📍4-6 years of experience working with information technologies and systems analysis 📍Proven experience in implementing and supporting CRM and SaaS solutions for back office, process management, and analytics (e.g. Intercom, HubSpot, MixPanel, etc.) 📍Proficiency in SQL, Python, BI Tools 📍Excellent communication and project management skills 📍Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 📍Comfortable with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) 📍Experience in the FinTech industry and crypto sphere is a bonus 📍Fluent in English
