Job Summary

You will have the opportunity to:

šŸ“Provide first-line technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues efficiently. šŸ“Assist employees with device setup and configuration. šŸ“Manage user accounts and access rights.Monitor and respond to IT support tickets, prioritizing and escalating issues as needed. šŸ“ Collaborate with regional and global IT teams to implement IT security policies and best practices.Assist in hardware procurement, inventory management, and asset tracking. šŸ“Support office IT infrastructure, including Wi-Fi networks, VPN access, and security protocols. šŸ“ Conduct user training sessions to promote IT best practices and security awareness. šŸ“ Participate in IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and process improvements. šŸ“ Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies regarding IT governance and data protection.

Qualifications:

šŸ“2+ years experience in Information Technology. šŸ“Experience with set up and troubleshooting Mac and Windows Operating Systems. šŸ“Experience with set up and configuration of WIFI networks. šŸ“ Experience working with IT ticketing systems. šŸ“Eager to learn and have a strong sense of ownership. šŸ“Fluent in Japanese and English
