Job Summary
In this role, you will:
šManage the complete employee IT lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. This includes preparing and configuring hardware, setting up accounts, and ensuring a seamless technical transition for new and departing team members. šAssist in configuring and supporting employee devices (Mac, Windows, Linux) using Mobile Device Management (MDM). šHelp manage and configure software systems, including Google Workspace and Atlassian (Jira, Confluence). šServe as a point of contact for internal IT support requests, helping to troubleshoot technical issues for our team. šAssist in maintaining an inventory of company hardware and software assets. šContribute to the creation and upkeep of IT-related documentation and support guides. šCollaborate with the IT team on projects to improve our internal processes and security protocols.
